Falling in love with hairstyling was a natural fit for Madelyn. She has been building trust and creating special relationships with clients for over eight years. Madelyn is drawn towards techniques like balayage which creates “lived in” hair color. She is able to achieve the perfect combination of low-maintenance grow out with just the right amount of impact. Madelyn, like all the stylists at Mission, challenges herself with the latest in education and training in order to stay current and inspired. A great consultation is of the highest importance to her, always ensuring that her clients leave her chair feeling like the best version of themselves.

Mandy Brattin
Versatility, creativity and precision fuel the passion behind Mandy's 15 years in hairstyling. Beginning with the art of a thorough consultation, she is able to create the perfect look to complement each client's busy life. From the edgiest bob and precision pixie cuts to beachy flowing extensions and beautiful, effortless looking color, Mandy's endless enthusiasm for the constantly-evolving beauty industry drives her to seek out top tier education. Her mission is to help her clients feel confident and beautiful, not only when they leave the salon but every day in between until they return.

Micky Guillén Holroyd
Micky has been making hair beautiful since 2006. Trained in the Vidal Sassoon technique, she specializes in long-layered cuts and precision a-line bobs. Micky has a deep understanding of color theory and technique which ensures that she can help her clients achieve the richest hues of red and brunette. As a member of The Blonde Chronicles University, she is also considered a blonding specialist. From cutting to balayage and every creative technique in between, your hair is in talented hands with Micky.

Katie Lucchesi Heizer
Katie believes hair is a blank canvas and she is always ready for a fantastic new art project. She brings 12 years of experience and creativity to the beauty business. With endless inspiration from an amazing mentor, Katie's passion for growth and creativity is inspiring to all of her fellow stylists. Her specialties include long-lasting color and highlighting, precision cutting techniques and she is certified in keratin smoothing treatments which leave the hair softer and easy to manage. Staying current with both style and technique ensures any guest will stay right on-trend.

Madison Bien
Madison is an up-and-coming asset to the team here at Mission. She is building a strong clientele as the result of honing her skills assisting at high-end salons and she continues to educate with some of the top stylists in the Bay Area. She is a lover of creative collaborations and excels at bridal and special events as well as commercial branding styling. She is well versed in all areas, from balayage to boho braids and taking brunettes all the way to blonde. During her time training with the Leanor Greyl product line, Madison reinforced her knowledge of healthy hair structure, scalp physiology and how to nourish and protect while achieving beautiful results for her clients. Her enthusiasm is limitless for both hair care and client care.
